Honestly - - not muc: With an IUGR (growth restricted fetus) it is a matter of watching - and HONESTLY - I would have her Admitted to the Hospital - and have biweekly BPP's with Dopplers, and Deliver at 32 weeks or sooner - and if this is a Symmetic IUGR this is worse then an Asymmetric IUGR - so honestly she needs Admission to a high risk ob unit with a GOOD NICU And she should have steroids done for the longs and Mg
