Is a brain aneurysm or bleed on the brain rare at 19? i get headaches, sharp shooting pains and dull tension pains. i sometimes get stiff neck.

Yes: A brain aneurysm or bleed on the brain is rare at ANY age. I can't figure why you'd jump straight to aneurysm or bleed on the brain when there are st least half a dozen wholly benign and common causes of your symptoms. I think you can safely look for somerhing else to worry about.
