Is a bleed on the brain rare or a hemmoridge? i'm 19 years old. scared to sneeze in case i burst a vessel

I wouldn't worry: People don't sneeze and have a stroke/hemorrhage.If so we would all die before we became adults. A rare few will have a congenital or acquired weakness in the blood vessels of their brain and that weak area could burst with something as simple as taking a dump. Quit obsessing about dying suddenly and address the issues which you find hard in your life. The work would be more rewarding.
