Legs: These symptoms appear to be muscle fasciculations or mild cramps related to exercise. Maybe your muscles aren't used to such a long walk. If repeated muscle cramps or easy fatigue occurs, get checked for deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium,iron or presence of anemia. Otherwise embark on a regular walking program starting with shorter walks and wearing proper footwear.
