Nerve or bld vessel: This positional symptom suggests that a blood vessel or nerve in your leg gets impinged or irritable in that position. If it is more pulsating then tingling, it favors an artery. The artery enters the leg at the groin. A physician can examine your inguinal area and check for any abnormalities there.
