I get heartburn every time I eat carb foods (pasta, breads, oatmeal etc). Is this gluten related? I don't experience other gluten allergy symptoms.
Getting allergy testing done next week. Since coming off antihistamines I've noticed how extreeeemely itchy my scalp/body is. Using Aveeno (oatmeal) is helping.
I've noticed every time I eat oatmeal for breakfast, I feel bloated/gassy afterward all day or for a good part of the day and sometimes even have an upset stomach. Other high-fiber foods don't have that effect. Could that indicate an allergy to oats?
