Dry skin: If the allergy skin testing is solely for itching without any nasal , eye. or respiratory symptoms, I believe that the yield is quite low. Your response to Aveeno suggests that dry skin is likely the cause and would recommend that you apply the lotion <3 minutes after bathing (avoid scented soap as well) to see if this helps.
