Yes. Epitrochlear: Lymph node enlargement is pathologic. Most likely it is an infection, but other causes such as hodgkin's disease or even lymphoma are possible. You need to have thorough evaluation by an internal medicine or infectious disease specialist, and you might even need a biopsy of a lymph node.
