Why this quantity ?: Your body benefits from the water content of various foods.Peaches/pears are up to 95% water, vegies 60%, other fluids 98%.You need to take in enough to pee every 6-8 hours unless you are taking a med that requires more. Water consumed just to meet some artificial goal is not necessary.
