A member asked:

Milk, tea, sweet drinks and other drink except water are counted in daily water intake or not?are they considered as water in the daily water intake for hydration?

Yes. You also add the fluid value in foods which in things like applesauce is 95% water. Many vegetables are 60% water. Fluid value enough to keep you peeing at least every 6 hours is adequate to maintain hydration. Counting ounces of fluid intake is not necessary.

They are counted . But in those I recommend moderation for with them you are ingesting unnecessary sugar. Nothing beats a glass of cool water! Try it!

One tip from a dentist is to avoid much of any food or drink - even water- within a few hours of sleep. Reflux can occur and cause significant harm to your teeth and boost decay rates.
