Meds & Therapy: Treatment of OCD can include a combination of medication ( such as an SSRI ie Zoloft (sertraline) & others ) as well as therapy. Therapy approach can be a combination of CBT and insight oriented therapy (as well as other techniques )The patient should have a complete physical exam & blood tests . There is always the possibility that the patient knows that she may have been exposed to Hep C or other infection.
