Overuse injury.: A repetitive motion injury can be described as an injury to tissues such as tendons, ligaments, nerves and muscles that is caused by repeating the same motion over and over. The resulting motion, left unchecked, can lead to pain, numbness, impaired motion as well as loss of strength and flexibility.
