Repairs are Secret: Certainly. Your body is being injured countless times daily. The reason we are not aware is because the injuries are so minor that the body can take action to repair them with raising the warning signs of inflammation. The inflammatory response is still occurring, we just don't feel it. There are be no obvious swelling, redness, heat or pain. And how wonderful is that.
