Certainly possible: Certain repetitive motions like computer work and assembly work can cause and exacerbate wrist pain. It is important to get a good exam and possible associated studies to determine if the problem is just tendonitis or possibly carpal tunnel syndrome which may ultimately cause permanent nerve damage if not treated.
