Poor growth: Growth within normal range indicates by exam and graphing height measurements along the way. If the growth chart and exam reveals too little growth or too much growth, lab and or pictures (X-rays, scans) may be done to rule out abnormal growths and reveal a disorder that is treatable i.e. deficiency of GH or gigantism from too much GH (growth hormone).
