Missed period: Are you using birth control? Do you want to be pregnant? You could try doing a home pregnancy test. Many women have symptoms in early pregnancy that may include breast tenderness, needing to urinate more frequently than usual, nausea (and or vomiting--and not just in the morning), and fatigue. See your dr to be sure.
