Confirm w/other test: Sometimes a test will show negative because the test cannot measure low levels in the urine. Try another test made by a different company. If this is still negative. Check with your doctor.

Not likely : Assuming you are reading the test result correctly it is very unlikely that you are pregnant if home test is negative. Consider seeing your doctor to discuss causes of irregular periods.
