How many weeks are you when you miss your period aweek and a half is it too early to take a pregnancy test?

No: Home pregnancy tests can show positive as early as 3-4 days after implantation. Implantation generally occurs 6-12 days after ovulation. So if the egg was fertilized right at ovulation and you used the most sensitive home test it could be positive at 9 days. On average it is 13-14 days after fertilization/ovulation when it is positive.

Missed period: Hi, some pregnancy tests are very sensitive and they can even detect pregnancy even couple of days prior to the next period, if you have already missed the period, go ahead and check a Urine pregnancy test with the first morning Urine and repeat in a wk if negative and no period.
