Weak legs: Check for CK level, rheumatoid factor, ANA ESR CRP make sure not autoimmune process .Also check urine and check for DM, thyroid disease, B12 . What scans were done? LS spine MRI? C spine MRI? brain MRI( rarely MS) ? Did they check for ankylosing spondylitis? spinal stenosis ( you are young for that) Avoid alcohol causes myopathy. f/u /with neurologist/ physical medicine
