Got a cut by cuticles during a pedicure in a public salon, what are the chances of catching hepatitis?

Very rare because...: Nail salons disinfect their tools and instruments. However, if the particular salon in question forgot to disinfect an instrument, a client would not expect to catch hepatitis A or B because she got vaccinated as a child (that's why we vaccinate kids). That said, if the instrument was not disinfected and the client failed to get vaccinated, there would still have to be bad luck to catch something.

I got a manicure and was cut with cuticle nippers and I bled. I asked the tech if the tool was clean and he said they clean with soap and water in between clients, yet I did not witness this happen. Am I at risk for hepatitis, HIV or other diseases?
