Ive had an itchy, scratchy throat for a couple days. this morning i noticed little bumps on the dangly thing inmy throat. could this be strep or somet?

Usually, a person sees a doctor if the throat symptoms are bothersome, recurrent, or don't go away quickly (mainly to see about antibiotics).
