So my boyfriend has white bumps on the back of his throat im thinking its strep because he had a fever and headache for the first three days. he also has been complaining that hes getting sharp pains and itchy sensations??

Needs to see a doc.: If he has strep throat, he needs antibiotic treatment to prevent the chance of complications, like rheumatic heart disease. Plus he needs treatment so he does not spread it to other folks. Tell him to call or see his PCP or go to an Urgent care as soon as possible.
