Was taken off trazodone 150 after almost a year. Terrible anxiety, insomnia and depression has been made worse. Is this withdrawals? Been 3 weeks. She said was fine to go cold turkey. I have had worst depression ever since.
I have been taking trazadone for insomnia for 11 years. It is no longer effective. Why is this? Also I have stopped cold turkey numerous times and tried other things but then I dont sleep at all. Im thinking its because I need to ween off first?

Is it okay to take nyquil for cold along with 50 mg trazodone for insomnia? I am also on wellbutrin (bupropion) xl 300 mg/day for 1.5 years.
