My lips have been peeling constantly, they are never chapped and it's only on the outside, what causes that?

Lips peeling: I don't have a simple answer but strongly recommend you see your Primary doctor about this. An alternative is to go to a nearby Pharmacy and they will show you some creams that will help your lips. My opinion is that you go first to the Pharmacy.
