Allergic reaction: You may have an allergic reaction to your lip balm or lip stick. It is also unclear when you started your medications and what if any relationship it has to your condition. Stop using anything on your lip for right now and see your doctor for evaluation so your medications can be assessed to see if it is causing the reaction
