No: Once the sperm enters the egg, it no longer exists as a sperm. If the sperm carried a genetic abnormality or mutation that made the fertilized egg non-viable, that could lead to a miscarriage. Males have fertility problems just as often as women. Both need to be evaluated if you're having fertility problems.
