High platelet counts: Both numbers are high; without any details it is problematic trying to interpret the results. However, both values are distinctly abnormal and a thorough hematologist evaluation needs to be performed as soon as possible. A thrombocytosis can represent a primary proliferation disorder or may be secondary to a variety of underlying causes. I suggest consulting a hematologist immediately.
