Should be okay: I could not find a complete list of ingredients, but the ones i did find are common, simple biomolecules that are abundant in ordinary food, marketed at a high price with glitzy advertising. I'm really glad you're lifting and hope that instead you'll try something like creatine or (if your doctor is okay with it) an electronic muscle stimulator unit; they're more likely to help you out.
