Had all over muscle twitching for 4 months. i feel a one-time twitch in one part of my body and then it moves to another. mostly legs. bad or benign?

Fasciculation: May be either or both. Twitching is related to involuntary movement of the muscle under the skin. The majority are benign and most or all people have at one time or another. It may be associated with diseases of the motor neuron, such as als. If persisting would have evaluated to a degree that it is concerning would have a neurologic evaluation.
