Can a person who is sensitive to all nsaids be desensitized, if their only symptom when taking nsaids are mild hives? no resp issues whatsoever.

Yes: Yes, but once you are desensitized you need to stay on the medication. Once you stop the medication, you would have to be desensitized again. It is fairly easy. It takes a few hours in my office.
