I've read u can't be desensitized to nsaids if your only symptom is skin hives. i need these meds badly. can i keep taking them? the hives are minor.

See a dermatologist: There are several classes of nsaids. Probably you can find one which does not cause hives. You may benefit from an antihistamine. An arthritis dr can probably help you.
