Urogyn evaluation: The best option is to see a Urogynecologist to determine the extent of the prolapse and to develop together a complete plan of care. The Kegel8 is available in the UK. It is not likely to cause harm. The benefits will depend on the degree of prolapse. It is always best to be evaluated before self medicating or self treating
