A member asked:

I have a prolapsed bladder - just wondering if there are no other systems except for maybe sometimes feeling a bit uncomfortable can it stay as is or is there "danger" like can it "burst" or "fall out completely".

Difficult to say: It depends on how much of the bladder is prolapsed. You could learn pelvic exercises, that is safe for you; to improve the tone of your pelvic muscles and that may reduce worsening of the prolapse. If you lift heavy things, that may make it worse. Surgery is an option to tighten the muscles and correct the prolapse.
