I underwent a robotic ventral mesh rectopexy to treat my rectal prolapse. i masturbated 5-6 days after the surgery (wasnt mentioned in post op sheet) experienced some pelvic floor contraction/spasm. did this interfere with my mesh/sutures inside?

It is not likely that Masturbation would have disturbed the healing tissue, but if you have persistent pain that does not seem to be appropriate for your postoperative status, you should contact your surgeon for an exam. Good luck.
