Tg-256, tc-177, hdl-27, ldl-120 any problem in this result?

Yes: Triglycerides should be about half the tc. They are produced in the body as a result of eating sugar and may well be the core issue in heart disease. Professor yudkin wrote a book in 1973 entitled "sweet and dangerous" for he had found this from his detailed research. Unfortunately his work was forgotten and cholesterol was blamed. Cholesterol is now considered only part of the story.

LDL Particle Problem: Ldl is a lipoprotein that can be measured by cholesterol (ldl-c) or particle number (ldl-p). Because cholesterol in LDL is highly variable, ldl-c often disagrees with ldl-p. When cholesterol and particle number disagree cvd risk tracks with ldl-p, not ldl-c. When tg is elevated, ldl-p is usually much higher than ldl-c. Ldl goals vary based on level of risk (high risk goal.
