Yes: If doctors have had difficulty performing an LP on you,than a fluoroscopy guided LP should be done. Beneficial and fair.

No real issue here: See absolutely no objection to doing your LP under fluoroscopy, which I have ordered on several of my own patients. It is easy, safe, and successful.
