Lorazepam +pain med: Codeine combined with lorazepam may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Lorazepam is in the system many hours. Suggest you tell your dentist you take lorazepam and ask for a non-narcotic pain med to try first. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
