It depends: If you mean eustachian tube dysfunction it is best to do nasal rinses to decrease inflammation with a 'Neti Pot' and salt water (pre packaged is best). Also topical decongestants are also good such as afrin or even nasal saline spray. Finally you can take oral decongestants.
