Chemical Burn: You may have burned the tender tissue with your home remedy. I do not know what the small holes are, but baking soda and peroxide will not cure them. Do not disturb the tissue, do not eat spicy foods or acidic foods, and make an appointment with a local dentist to have your teeth and gums evaluated.
