Gynecomastia: Very simple - see your primary doctor! PS: I grew up in Sydney med school, took a year for lab data, moved to St. Louis in 1974 and could not get a ticket back to Sydney. I have stayed in Michigan since 1976 and still active. Things will be fine for you.
