Gynecomastia: Very simple - see your primary doctor! PS: I grew up in Sydney med school, took a year for lab data, moved to St. Louis in 1974 and could not get a ticket back to Sydney. I have stayed in Michigan since 1976 and still active. Things will be fine for you.

If underlying causes have been ruled out, gynecomastia surgery is your best option. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.
