High fiber: You may have irritable bowel syndrome or simple constipation. In either case, you can get better by increasing your dietary fiber. An easy way to do that is to eat at least one cup of high fiber (meaning at least 5 grams of fiber per cup) cereal each day. Example: 1 cup of raisin bran every day. Other good ones are kashi cereals, all bran, any of the fiber one products.
