Hypothyroidism with goiter and hear gurgling noise from my thyroid. should i be concerned. last ultrasound show slow nodule growth?

Yes, it needs eval.: The gurgling could be from increased blood flow in the area from your nodule's growth or from increased inflammation. This can sometimes indicate that you need a FNA biopsy of the nodule or a change in your thyroid medications. You should see a thyroid specialist to further evaluate.
