Have lower back pain & some bladder pain yet i have no uti symptoms so i'm not sure what could be going on. any thoughts? should i see dr or wait?

See Dr: Whilst unusual, it is still possible to have a urinary tract infection with minimal symptoms. The lower back pain could also be referred pain from your lumbar spine, a common symptom of a pinched or irritated nerve. You need to see your doctor sooner for an examination as well as a Urine dipstick test to rule out an early urinary tract infection which can develop complications if left untreated.

See doctor: It would be best for you to see a doctor and get an exam and urinalysis. Any problem in the pelvis may end up causing back pain. Better to find out than to wait and have it get worse.
