You need to see your doctor sooner for an examination as well as a Urine dipstick test to rule out an early urinary tract infection which can develop complications if left untreated.

See doctor: It would be best for you to see a doctor and get an exam and urinalysis. Any problem in the pelvis may end up causing back pain. Better to find out than to wait and have it get worse.
