Hopefully : Hopefully you went back to the er. For the future and for anyone reading this post, if you are given antibiotics for a severe infection and are unable to tolerate anything by mouth, compounded by pain that is 10/10 then this situation requires prompt medical attention. I hope you received adequate care.
