Allergy?: Your symptoms are not specific. the thing that comes to mind is some type of allergy. Try a non-prescription antihistamine such as claritin, zyrtec and allegra, in addition to a nasal steroid spray, also nonprescription, such as nasalcort. Pay attention to what else may be a trigger for this, such as food, or drinks. And see if there's anything abnormal in the mouth (redness, ulcers). Good luck
