Urethritis: Infections inside the urethra are most often either chlamydia or gonorrhea. Yeast does not cause the symptoms of urethritis. But, yeast infections are common on the skin around the penis and scrotum. Perhaps your local std clinic or a good men's health expert can help you sort this out.
