I'm taking diflucan (fluconazole) and azithromycin for a yeast infection. started it yesterday and no relief. can i use vagisil too?

Yes: Over the counter yeast medication would be fine to use. Azithromycin is an antibiotic and would not be given to someone for a yeast infection. Clarify with your doctor what you are being treated for.
