Yes, check your bite: Ligaments and discs can become damaged. one or both sides may be affected. While joint damage is your immediate concern, realize the damage is a sign. The question is why did ti become damaged. Think of a car that leaks oil. Adding oil keeps the system full, but until the leak is fixed, you will always be adding oil. Successful joint repair must first look at the true cause of the damage
