Head and neck: You have many issues. The first one you should stop is Sexually Transmitted Diseases! If you have a wife or a girlfriend please let her know about sex. Breathlessness is a different issue and requires a clinic visit to your doctor. Lots to consider but important!

Explanation : Please, recall the beginning of this condition. May be it was some mild injury, some kind of sprain. Try to use Advil/Motrin/ ibuprofen ( the same medicine) 3 times a day for week. If no improvement make appointment with a doctor.
