Go to an ENT not DDS: You do not have TMJ which would affect your jaw function. Go to an ENT specialist.Neck pain could also be cervical in origin, from the cervical vertibrae and the pain radiates to those areas. To have such pain for 2 years means it should not be ignored. You physician should do all the necessary testing and studies to determine the source. It is not dental.
